Hi all, I've been a watching from afar for a few years so It's time to add some pics of my builds. Had lots of help from people on here and FB. I'll start with the X Wing. Izzy and Joseph where amazing help on this build, The X Wing wasn't my first big build but it was the first that made people stop, look and say hello

Well,Hello! That’s looking very nice.I love that set up: the droid on it’s way down,a rebel pilot dashing up to the cockpit.

Another WIP on the bench, It'll have legs one day but I need model the interior first

Tie fighter. Still needs a full interior before wings, I have printed most of what I need of the diorama, it's just a case sand, paint and assemble the thing. The Idea of the diorama is to have it sat as is in a maintenance state then some wings for when I'm feeling fancy

Think these pics are before AX paint (all my big builds have the appropriate AX paint, because I'm rubbish at trying to mix n match paint) Loads more work to do on the inside and a more reliable hinge mech, Pilot's my work too

How the hell do you sculpt all that? Plasticard? 3D printing?

It's 3d printed, I buy or commission the outer shell then 3d model the inside bits myself. shuttle tydirium cockpit is on the books for next year and I'm thinking that'll be plasticard skin over a printed frame
