Hi all! I just wanted to share some of my older Lord of the Rings customs. These were all done from 2004-2008. I was obsessed with the movies when they came out and these were a product of that obsession. These are all 1/6 scale, using various bodies (mostly DML). All the armor you see was scratchbuilt with a variety of media, including OHP transparency sheets (are these still being used in classrooms today??), x-ray film wastage, sculpey, epoxy clay, pleather, and anything i could get my hands on. Most of the chainmail was made out of old socks painted silver.

Hey Jimmi, good to see your work again! I had your photobucket site bookmarked once upon a time, but last time I tried it, it didn't work. So I made sure to save copies of the pics this time! You should post these over in the Lord of the Rings forum, so they don't get lost in the crowd. Do you have anything new in the works?
