I manage to pick up a hasbro piece from the bay for a good price... When I get him Ill post pics and start a mod treat for the figure... :chew

I have 4 Medis... and NEVER broke any.
And I change the posses all the time.

Go for the medi.. its great.

Just beat you to it drod26!

I decided to go the Hasbro route as I found this guy loose on eBay for £13.50GBP including shipping!

Glad I did - he's great!

I might try popping the outfit on a TrueType body as he isn't very stable, but he poses pretty well on the Hasbro base body.

There are issues...

1) The fit of the leg armour - I might add thin elastic straps to the thigh, knee and shine pieces to hold it tighter.

2) The Holster - Looks a bit cheap compared to the rest of the outfit and is impossible to keep tied up!!!! Might re-paint it and see if I can extend the strap a bit.

3) The Boots - Now these are actually brilliant, and not a problem in themselves, however, they are the main problem with the leg armour fitting in my opinion. They are much taller than I imagined they would be and are to wide for the shin armour to fit over.

My dilemma is: Do I tuck the trousers and armour into the boots as in these pics?
Or
cut the boots down (ruining a nice pair of boots) but then the trousers and shin piece will be more screen accurate.
Or
Remove the Shin armour completely, and just tuck the trousers in and show off the cool boots?

Hmmm.... gonna have a play with him, but at the price I paid - I'm made up!

Good choice mate.... figures looks great and you cant go wrong with the price you paid....

To do list:
1) Yes use elastic straps or velcro to secure the thigh, knee and shine armor.
2) Holster - Re-paint
3) Boots - This is a dificult one mate... I personaly would not cut the boots, but I would try to reshape the shin armour to fit over the boots. Put them in hot water and reshape them.
4) Helmet and jet pack- Do some touch ups with paint..
5) Sculpture - a repaint if you are up for it...

I can not wait to get my Jango and start working on it... I may also put him in a TT body or a buck... Ill keep you posted...

I own the Hasbro one, and as for the armor I think the shin and thigh armor pieces are just a bit to long, trimming them down should help a lot over all, that's what i was contemplating doing.

Also I was thinking of switching out bodies and then slimming down the cloths on the sewing machine, since they are a bit baggy as they are, at least in the legs, and arms if you switch bodies.
