FWIW, I saw the first IM3 toy at TRU today. Obviously not Hot Toys, but it was a pretty big IM3 gold/red toy that was going for like $35. In fact, I just searched their website and didn't even find it there. But it was most definitely the new suit and an IM3 toy.
