So I went to Home Depot and picked up some clear silicon (caulking used for bathroom, kitchen etc)

I think I got the texture of the water

With a figure to give you a sense of scale. Sorry, I don't have DX 2 to give it a better look

I think the last step is to add some gloss to the water, so I'll be using some future floor wax to give it a nice sheen

thanks man! The shelf I have it going into is 16"x15.5"x14.5" (WxHxD)

Unfortunately the shelf does not have enough clearance to fit a figure standing on the cat-walk.

What are the dimensions for the shelfs in a detolf? perhaps I should invest in new shelves
