Sweet Marble's work is phenomenal. i have a few. but they usually go for quite a bit. about $200- 300 a piece last i looked, and they're almost always just on Yahoo Japan, tho i have seen him/her sell on eBay.

There are many great sculpter on here you just have to look at a few of the Threads (in Customs) as for some one who specificly dose female heads I can't think of anyone in particular they all pretty mix it it up pretty good with male and female heads...Good luck with your search hope you find what you are looking for.
