How many NRD's have you lost?

I don't get into a figure unless I'm absolutely sure that I want it. Before SS threw the NRD on everything, I used to do more preordering. I get the retailer's need for it but it has turned me away from some figures. for example, I ordered 4LOM before he had an NRD and I decided not to do all the bounty hunters from star wars so I canceled him. I'm just appreciative that I didn't get stuck with him.

Has anyone ever gotten their NRD back because they wanted to get a different statue? Say I ordered something and they release something later I like more and want to cancel and get that instead.

I am confused...how do you lose an NDR?

You mean you back out after paying part of the figure......that's not lost....

1. Impulse buy followed by regret.
2. Never had the money to begin with
3. Can't figure out how to re-sell a figure

If you just walked away from your deposit....well you didn't lose anything ...you threw it away.
