How is everyone's experience with Comic-Concepts?

I am eyeballing a statue that is currently sold out just about everywhere except 2 places: Comic-Concepts and Spec Fiction, and I'm having a hard time picking which one to consider. Lots of promising review for the former on FB and Reddit, but they also seem kinda new. Main concerns when going through a reseller would be returning or replacing broken stuff.

Any thoughts, opinions, experiences to share, would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them; they're responsive to my inquires and accommodate some requests I make. On one instance where I had a situation with a shipment, they helped me out with it. I'd say I recommend them!

Thanks. I'm reading over their return/exchange terms. Sounds good so far. They give prepaid labels to return damaged stuff, it seems, which is a plus.
