Maybe the HT one is foam padded like the EB figure? I can't imagine trying to get the armour off. Not risking damage to a $500+ to slim up the belly area. Hopefully it's just a matter futzing the ab plates and ab crunching.

That's what I'm hoping as well. But as yet, no one has demonstrated this...



And if I have to take the suit off to fix the belly I will.

People are bad at futzing... it's just the way it is! I haven't seen the cape ever be flush and nice either, which I know I can do with the DX12 and most others cannot.

Wow those comparison pics make the height differences more apparent. I think you can mask the difference by hunching the EB though. But the Joker comparison does't seem too bad in terms of proportion. Obviously a HT 1/4 Joker would be more ideal.

Here are a few pics sent to me from a friend and customer I make cakes for. Will be making him a wired and non wired cape for his soon. He plans to shorten the ankle joints to make them match a little better.

The size difference here is pretty apparent.

On one hand, this will be my first 1/4 figure. So I have nothing to compare this with.


....on the other hand, I'm gonna keep wondering which company got the scale right.

Wow, the scales are really off. The Enterbay makes this one look like a short medicom figure.

So which one is true 1/4 scale? Is the Hot Toys too small or is the Enterbay too big?

Thanks for uploading your video review Retaane! It was kinda dark, but liked how you had the Bale sculpts side by side, the EB comparison, and especially fitting of the different mouth pieces. The normal cowl looks great. But I wish HT had used metal instead of plastic for the grapnel gun and the EMP rifle.

It's gonna be an agonizing wait for this figure I must say.

I'm not too bothered by the scale differences. I always felt that Batman looked bigger and more imposing in the Begins suit, while when he had the second suit he looked more streamlined and smaller/quicker. Almost like the difference between the Mark V and Mark 6 Mjolnir armors from Halo.
