Oh man, that was great. What an awesome goody. That had to have been what, 2004, 2003?

I've always said that the Begins suit was very similar to the Forever Sonar suit, that pretty much cements that for me now having seen him in it. Very cool.

Supposedly there's a test with Cillian Murphy as Batman and Bruce Wayne as well. Probably in the same suit.

Wow, the scales are really off. The Enterbay makes this one look like a short medicom figure.

So which one is true 1/4 scale? Is the Hot Toys too small or is the Enterbay too big?

I'd say somewhere in between the two is "true" 1/4 scale. With that being said, I think HT are pretty smart by not trying to conform to the standards set by EB; they'll sell more 1/4 scale Begins figures this way.:lol

Yeah, and then he got too fat. Like ridiculously fat.

It's in the Begins documentary. The crew made fun of him.

After watching that audition clip, I kinda prefer the growl, especially the "SWEAR TO ME". The growl makes it much more intense.

Nothing to do with the figure, but it's still pretty cool :) Christian Bale's audition for Batman Begins wearing the batman forever costume with Amy Adams (Lois Lane) I like this voice a lot more :)

This is something I've wanted to see for years, ever since I first heard that Bale auditioned in the Batman Forever suit. However the video won't play, possibly as I'm using an iPad. Can anyone post the actual video by any chance?

It's entirely possible that Howard chans comments were said to spite PI and EB. Look at how many 1/4 EB have produced thus far? I know PI haven't released any yet, but look at how aggressive they are with their future 1/4 line.

All HT have shown so far are announcements, teasers (and I use that very loosely), one actual released product and one upcoming that took about a year to release. I think HC wants to be in a position where he wants to convince people that he and his company arent bothered by other companies and their releases, when in fact he is nervous. Mental gymnastics if there ever were.

I could be wrong, but seeing how HTs for the past few years have played catch up and made announcements only when their competition made announcements, i could be right.
:exactly::hi5: Couldn't of said it better my friend!

Here are a few pics sent to me from a friend and customer I make cakes for. Will be making him a wired and non wired cape for his soon. He plans to shorten the ankle joints to make them match a little better.

The size difference here is pretty apparent.

On one hand, this will be my first 1/4 figure. So I have nothing to compare this with.

....on the other hand, I'm gonna keep wondering which company got the scale right.
I measured my EB Bats to about 19 1/2"(give or take) and he's the same size as the 1/4 scale figures from NECA so I would think that HT is the odd one out!?It really doesn' t matter to me cause its still an AWESOME figure and completes my Nolan trilogy!^_^

Yup I'm gonna have to build up his platform so you wouldn't be able to compare height, maybe it's harder to notice in person vs photo??
