I didn't even see that. I wonder if this head is just a place holder or something? Doubt it but it would be nice if she had an angrier expression.

Developed is a pretty blanket term, it does have a new paint scheme.
The guy who types it up is probably just in the habit of typing that for every single figure.

BBTS has her for pre order for $199.99.
Hoping this will come down in price but it makes the Mark V price a little easier to swallow.

Agreed. This is an easy pass for me at this price point. I think given the number of accessories or rather lack of key accessories this should be around the $130-$140 range.

BS Jill had the 2 Skorpion machine pistols in the main game and in Mercs she had 1 Skorpion and the PSG-1 sniper rifle.
But yeah $199 is way too much. This is a $150 figure MAX!!! Now STARS Jill and even RE3 Jill I'll pay $199 if I have to.
That being said I'm sure the BBTS price will drop to aroun $144 which is about how much most of their other RE5 figures were and you'll probably find her cheaper other places.

BBTS always prices there stuff really high initially until domestic distribution is confirmed. Basically, when Sideshow collectibles puts it up on their site, BBTS will drop their price shortly after.
