Image is not showing but I know which head you're talking about. This has been long sold out so your best chance is Ebay. Do a search there for 1:6 PMC head and you should find them, there's a few recast bootlegs there too that are cheaper.

But I suggest going for a custom MacReady head sculpt like this one:
