You all do realize that you're arguing over a fictional character's doll fictional movie's accuracy......right? Okay. Just wanted to make sure.

This is a site for collecting ..and talking about a figures accuracy to the movie is perfectly normal within a thread about the figure:dunno ..if i wanted someone to tell me that arguing over screen accuracy of a figure is stupid i'd have one of my friends come over ..because they don't collect and think exactly like that!

Selling mine, in case anybody's looking for one. Please PM me.
Just need funds for car repairs. :slap

Still...bro'...

I serious don't get what your problem is:dunno ..people have modded there hot toys batman/Joker/Ironman/Predator etc in many ways to make them more accurate ..its noticing these inaccuracies that lead to pretty much every mod you will see on this site or an improved version of the figure/statue by the company later on down the line.

I think as collectors we have the right to say something is inaccurate ..i mean we are spending hard earned cash on these figures/statues they should be accurate to there source to begin with and i don't think sideshow freaks is the palce for someone to make out that your lame or sad for complaining about accuracy ..as last time i checked sideshow freaks is a collectors fourm ..right?

Did I say you were lame or sad? Don't worry about it. It just LOOKS that way. Everyone knows this is not the case, including myself since I'm a collector.

No you never said we were lame or sad ,i said it like your "making us out to be" lame or sad ..thats just the impression i got from your post .. but ya lets just leave it:)

I keep thinking about pulling the trigger but I'll probably just stay with the regular non-battle damaged I got coming.

Briefly opened this up yesterday and it's pretty cool. Now it's time for the stupid questions:

1) Are there instructions in the box? I didn't see them first glance.

2) What is the trick to the shoulder rockets?

3) Installing the flaps on the back. Tips / concerns ?

EDIT: Hmmm...need to find that little plastic tool. Was that right out in front or hidden? Damn this thing has all kinds of nooks and crannies. :slap

1. check the back (underneath) of the plastic figure tray.

2. just slide the panels back.
spring loaded action takes care of the rest.
the plastic tool is for pushing the munitions pods back for retraction.

3. just be gentle . . . it's his first time.:wink1:

New pose, new photo.

Great swivel pose on the waist, Spanbauer!

I salute the bravery.:yess:

I have just noticed that the rubber neck on my Mark III has started to fade. Not noticeable from the front but turn it around there is a section that is dull. I didn't even know it was rubber but my abs have not changed at all. Very odd considering it is all the same material. I can only think that it was something to do with me touching the rubber parts and not being careful with them when removing the head as I have not touched the ab parts just tried to hold it by the plastic. Has anyone else had this?

its total weirdness. neck and crotch, zero fade. ab part is slightly faded and i never touch it. must be the light, must be humidity. probably, mind power. :wink1:

Modded (shortened) neck and abdominal area.

Much better now.:wink1:

Just curious how you were able to shorten the neck and abdomen like that. The neck is really bothering me D:

Has anyone tried repainting the lower torso's rubber parts to remedy the fading of this and of the original mark 3?
