What's this conversion for the exclusive about? Are people returning recent purchases for a newer release?

Typically its because either people canceled their orders, or their credit cards were declined.

Almost every figure has a rash of waitlist conversions around the time it start shipping. I got on the waitlist months after this went up for order, and even with a low ES I was able to get a conversion.

Just got this guy.

Decided the battle damage option was too cool to pass up.
Astounding how much detail they can put in this armor figures. Makes me hopeful that they could give Robocop the same treatment.

Soooooo yesterday during an unfourtunate birthday party accident, my BD Iron Man took a spill from a high shelf onto an hardwood floor. His right arm broke off (but I was able to to pop it back in place) and that arm's shoulder pad broke off. Now I was able to get the shoulder pad back on (took about 20 minutes of fine tweezer work), but is lost its spring loaded capabilities. I'm thinking about removing it and trying to get to set right; has anyone worked with this before and have any advice? I think I see how the spring is suppose to set, but before I remove it I just wanted to see if anyone had any pointers.

There is also a white paint scuff on the shoulder (hit the wall on the way down) any thoughts on some sort of cleaning supply that could help take that off? Thanks!

For the white paint scuff on the shoulder, try a magic eraser (white sponge looking thing). Mr. Clean makes it. It won't rub off the original paint, just the scuff and it won't scratch the surface. Don't use any solutions to take it off or you'll risk damaging the original paint or even the plastic.

Just be careful with those magic erasers. If you rub too hard, they CAN take paint off. I've seen it.
