Although very blurry, it looks more proportioned to me. I don't see quite as long a neck.

They probably have all their IM figures on display old and new, the Mech Test figure is right next to it. I wouldn't mind seeing a newer M3, to see how they improve it but I don't know if I would get it becasue I'm running out of room.
