^^^ I got mine out with a pair of needle (wide-) nosed pliers...grab them & pull out carefully while twisting...they came out fairly easy.

Finally opened my Cap yesterday and it's great! The arms were extremely difficult to move, but I finally got them to bend. I did not get the leg extensions, and mine was from Sideshow.

Someone else on this thread mentioned having a problem keeping Cap's pants closed--I have that problem too. The velcro on his zipper doesn't seem to hold, and the snap doesn't hold at all. It's not too bad since the belt buckle hides the snaps being open. I can probably come up with something to fix it if I want. There were no other problems besides that (and the smooshed box), so I don't think I'll bother exchanging him.

Very happy with him!
