Definitely fake, but I have a feeling even IF they make a CW Vision, that he'll be one of the last to be announced

As others stated, that's not legit.

However, I highly doubt HT would make a civvie Vision figure. Even if CW Vision wasn't already shown, all of the other CW figures are in their airport battle attire, so he'd be no exception. Even then, I don't think Vision will be that high selling of a character to warrant making a civvie version of him. I'm guessing if you want his civvie look in CW, you'd have to customize it yourself.
