They just told me that it has passed the 30 days time frame.

I thought they could still help out, provided that we pay for the shipping charges? While if it's still within the 30 days timeframe then the shipping will be free?

Well, it's sunny and hot. But mine is displayed inside of a detolf in a cool room and the sunlight doesn't face the detolf at all!

Received my BRJ 2.0 today and have to say I was not expecting the figure to be this well done. From head to toe this figure is extremely well made. HT seems to spare no expense on their Joker figures.
