To be fair to Howard Chan, we only got a translated version of the interview.
Perhaps a "maybe" was lost in the translation of his statement about announcing something SW in 2013.

The delay on Vader and Malgus may have pushed HT to delay their announcement as well, as it would certainly compete with those.
(OT fanboys will have something to say about that lol)
