Director has landed. The pain of having no DT Specialist really stings now, but this guy is fantastic. Really adds to the SW shelf. Wire definitely needs to come out and maybe iron the cape out a bit, but for right this second, completely satisfied.

That’s a fantastic display! :clap

Here are some photos I took last night of my krennic. Well post more later on. Happy with how this guy is right now.

Just got my Krennic in today and have to agree it's a pretty impressive figure with one very sharp looking outfit in hand. And after playing with it a bit, the cape doesn't seem like it will be that terribly hard to work with. The likeness is really strong too, although I have to admit the totally blank expression still makes it a bit underwhelming for me somehow, and I would have killed to see at least a hint of that smug attitude which made him such a memorable villain in the first place.

This is another instance where I wish it was possible to tilt the head down or the side to convey a bit more personality. These figures with solid necks I always find really frustrating to pose in any kind of natural way.

Lots of awesome pics. Krennic looks awesome. Keep 'em coming!

Something I've noticed it the majority of people display the DT with the DLT-19D and the Specialist with the E-11D. That's my preference as well.

People do that because the Specialist didn't come with the DLT-19D but the regular Death Trooper did. Intentional or not it was a huge blunder by HT, but perhaps a tactic to get folks to by multiple figures. Whatever the case screen accuracy dictates the Specialist should have the big rifle and the regular Death Trooper the E-11D.

You guys say my hot toys figure The Boss yesterday.

I gave up on it, but my OCD kicked in, I have an ultimate secret stain remover called ?Grandma?s Secret?(10bucks at Walmart) as I was doing my homework and taking notes i had an exposed pen tip that found its way into my krennic cape, let?s just say it had black ink. Anyways Grandma?s secret removed the black ink after two tries from krennic?s cape!!! completely annihilated the black ink and looks brand new again hahaha, my bad. so anyways i tried the grandma?s secret on The Boss leather Stealth suit, after soaking it up it kind removed some but not at all, it just made it soggy.

cut the chase i tried the lemon juice/salt with sun method and OMGGGG completely removed the stains! thank youuuu sooo muchhhhhhh I will probably buy another stealth suit since i found on ebay just before giving up hahaha, i hate myself for not being extra careful these days, Now I learned my lesson with metal and hot toys going forward, granted i scraped and removed the rust from the buckles with wd40 but still... fabric is way easier than synth leather

That's impressive. What did you do exactly with the lemon/salt/sunshine?

I think the mix up was comparable to the Mandalorian and Child w/pram. How that accessory comes with the later released Beskar Mando instead of his initial look. HT probably just worked with whatever small amount of reference material Disney gave them and they screwed it up from there :lol

And damn nice fix, Ropen :clap

Cut a lemon in half, squeezed it into lemon juice, mixed it with a lot of salt and used Qtips to rub it and soak it in the synth leather, did that process three times, then let it sit outside the sun until dry, went to check it and it was completely gone! even stains that were in deep, was gone, then just rinsed it and air dried it. just like new!

Thinking I'll need another Deathtrooper. So happy with Krennic. First new figure in awhile and it's a killer.

Yeah, the Death Troopers should've come with all three blasters. I have the regular DT and it came with all three. I also have the Specialist deluxe and it didn't come with the E-11D. Seems odd considering it's a deluxe. If anything it's the one that should have included every possible accessory IMO.

If you're recreating the opening scene then the regular DTs should all have the E-11D, and the Specialists should all have the DLT-19D. But actually on Scarif we see at least one Specialist with an E-11D, and one regular with a DLT-19D. I just caught that on a recent viewing. :)

Cool, I guess I never scrutinized their look on Scarif because I have always thought of that opening sequence as their signature appearance. Great screenshots!
