Only 10...not collecting very long...3 on pre order...and unsure whether to buy Wolverine or not.

I want to pre-order Catwoman, MOS Superman and Loki (new stock). Not got money for all at the minjte so I guess I should pick one lol.

I have MOS on pre order....Loki is a nice figure....it's hard when you start because if you miss pre orders they become so over priced....I ignored the Hulk now I regret it.

Yeah, Loki and MOS look real good. How much are you looking to get Hulk for, it is out of my range but it may be in yours (I know a site or 2 which recently stocked up on pre-orders)

There's my DCS Bane custom, vest from Snooks (decals by me/Ecko) and Nick Fury gloves as a temporary stand in for something a little more to my liking.

Your DCS bane is amazing! Did you do any mods to the figure body and the trialmaster jacket? It seems to fit a lot better than other pics I've seen. Also, do you have the link to snooks' purchase thread?

The jackets defiantly been painted. I don't think snooks has anymore of the sets available since she only made 3, but you could probably snag one of these. I think the time to order them has been extended.

I removed the thigh muscle coverings (as this is my second Bane, I didn't mind messing with him) so the trousers sat a little better. The Trialmaster has indeed been painted, twice. I painted with a lighter shade first and then removed much of that colouring and went with the darker more movie accurate colour. I also wetted the material and let it sit on the body for a while in order to mould it better to the shape of the body. After the paint was dried and I got the fit I liked, I used a nail file/emery board to weather some of the paint down and make the material look more worn and used. I think I snagged the last vest from Snooks as he was splitting up a set for another user and I added the decals myself.

So I just got started collecting Hot Toys. I'm only collecting Iron man and Batman lines. I bought a Camo Tumbler from a local guy picking up this weekend. Now I also purchased Bane from my local Comic shop for 239 with tax. Its more than he was for the Pre order, but I think he is still a nice figure. I agree with everyone that he should have came with more accessories. He also cant do the "Boss" pose which has been discusses too. I'm gonna keep him and set him up standing on top of the Camo Tumbler. If a new DX version comes out I will buy that one too and put him on a different shelf. Man I thought collecting Transformers was expensive and now these HotToys I just feel like I cant breathe.

I don't really like the custom boots since it's not completely accurate (most specifically, at the top clasps). HT's mold is the accurate model, though doesn't look as "real".

Understandable , some people prefer the molded boots.

These 2 versions i offer are the closest you will get to the actual hero boots , it's slim pickins on that style of boot , lots of rubber molded crappy versions out there. But these 2 versions are leather and suede

I've been wanting to water treat my trialmaster as well but am worried the paint might somehow transfer onto his body. Did you have any issues with that at all?

The tiniest, tiniest patch ended up staining his bicep but it came off with a tiny amount of vinegar and a paper towel.
