Hi All,

The shuttle dio is completed and I will get my normal outdoor pics as soon as I get a bigger blue back ground for it. But until then here are three pics.

I think this is my favorite dio you've made thus far. Size, viewable from all angles, realism. All top notch!

That scrap metal on the ground is excellent

oh WoW! I love all your dios but this has to be my favorite, your details and your idea of having the shuttle attached is insanely cool! Beautiful work!

Hi All,

Death Trooper.

Figure - is from Hasbro and has the joints glued and then puttied. The pauldron is also from Hasbro and the weapons are from Bandai, the small pouches on the belly are 1/35 scale and the grenades are 1/35 scale WW2 German gas masks with the ribbed tubing cut and placed on top. The stormtrooper doll was made using high density foam and tooth picks.

Base - the base is balsa wood and I first used spakfilla to cover the base and once dry I then glued fine sand and once dry I painted it and the small clumps of grass are from Army Painter. I used Vallejo, Games Workshop and pastel chalks to paint and weather the figure and base.

Thanks heaps Ian and I have another one I'm doing now that will be on Scarif and then I 'll wait for the Bandai one to come out.
