Help Repairing a Medicom Body?

Ugh. So I went to put Silent Surfer's awesome Young Indy repaint back onto the body and noticed a bit of sagging in Indy's right shoulder. The plastic surrounding the rivet appears to have self-destructed. Anyone have any suggestions on how to repair this without losing any of the articulation?

Hi, would it be easier to swap the body for another or maybe a hot toys body, just a suggestion, good luck

This happened to me and i just crazy glued it but neverr have i moved the arm again..

I believe I fixed mine by replacing the metal bolt with a screw and putting on some washers that I tightened up with glue. There's probably a better way, but that seemed to work ok.
