Help me guys with win32 guided tour application

I was using my ITunes page in my PC when suddenly my computer started to close programs and then shut off! When I tried to start it again I just couldn't and this message appeared in a small rectangle at the bottom of the screen:

I click on it and a big text box appeared telling me a problem happened with the control system and I should call some phone numbers in order to fix it! I'm sure this is a virus...do you know guys how to fix it? Thanks

Of course I tried googling for an answer but nothing at all!!

See if it will boot in safemode then run you virus software.

Well, guess you are right.

My first idea would be to boot in to safe mode and try to run the virus software from there. Have you tried this yet?

My go to virus remover is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
