By the looks of it, the tongue sticking out will be on the unmasked head. I'm loving this idea, if it's true.

From what I have been reading and seeing, for me another anticipated must have statue, so any guess as to when a release date is? from the way SSC is running these days end of the year first of next????

Love it too. That would b a very fun display option.

For once I would like some art prints if these are artgerm

I think they should offer a Artgerm Print as a Extra Bonus with Harley and Catwoman, I checked they do not offer a print with Poison Ivy, but you can always buy one from him

Vinyl/pleather outfits aren't supposed to be fuzzy

The creators that made her who she is almost always had a high gloss shine on her, even looking at pics of Bruce Timm's work most have a shine to them, definitely dodson, yvel Guichet and Alex ross did her that way, fabric unless very shiny will never pull it off and will just look like pj's, I am sure SS will do the best they can with fabric, but I know I will never care for it, not to mention what a weird contrast with a fully sculpted head and cloth bodysuit, it is supposed to be the same material.

I will still buy, but will probably rip off the outfit 20 minutes out of the box, and customize it.

That's interesting. I never pictured her outfit as pleather/vinyl shiny, I always thought it like the classic Harlequin look that is just cloth patchwork.

In any case i'm super excited, the cloth looks great and she's going to be awesome for my Bat-Family.

I tend to feel that cloth, when done badly, can make a statue look cheap and nasty. Sabretooth PF instantly springs to mind. Saying that, the Joker was spot on and the cloth media really adds to the piece.

A more glossy look could make Harley look super sexy. Again, the X-23 comiquette pulled this off with great effect and is a stunning statue.

Our first preview image, ladies and germs...

And it looks like cloth for the clothes...

I've been reading what you guys where saying about the fabrics of Harley's jumpsuit.

I'm a cosplayer and I have 3 costumes of harley, one of them is the classic jumpsuit, inspired on adam hughes hat design.

In MY imaginary world, Harley's jumpsuit is made of a matte lycra fabric. Consider she is gifted with acrobat skills, and what the word jumpsuit means, it should expand, like a lot, and be comfortable to move and jump and do harley stuff lol. Also in her first appearance on the TV show, when she stops being harleen and becomes harley, she goes to a party costume shop and picks a jester costume. I believe you can't pick up a shiny, tight as hell, vinyl catsuit there, I don't want to say it but that can most likely found in a sexshop or a fetishblabla kind of shop.
After the character got into the dc universe and comics, different artist made her costume differently. But I prefer to go with the basics, basing the costume on the primary story and the use of it. Then make the costume parting from that.

There are a lot of cosplayers that make their costumes with shiny vinyl and they are lovely, and incredibly sexy btw. But i've heard it's very uncomfortable to wear and move around. This is my sincerest opinion as a cosplayer and harley fan :)

This is my classic harley jumpsuit, if someone wants to see:

And this is the Xmas variant of her suit from the bargirl adventures comic, this is made of a plushie fabric, because it's supposed to be used in winter lol.

Talking about the PF, it does not look like a shiny fabric for me. Maybe they go with a rubberish fabric, like a matte vinyl for exaple. Eather way, shinny or not, it does look awesome and I want her like, NOW.

According to ObiWan over at SF this is going up for preorder VERY SOON, and I thoroughly trust his info... He was bang on about the Superman PF... This could preview tomorrow and be up for Thursday for all we know.

Will be up this month according to Obi :)
