Han and Luke as Stormtroopers - SDCC '09

They look really good. Did you do a repaint, or did you get a really nice paint job?

Straight from the box to the bodies. I've always gotten lucky with the paint jobs and this one I was no different.

They look great. Luke looks like he is right out of the movie (except for the material on his tunic).

Yep, Luke is on the one that came with Indy, but it's really too short for Han. Perfect for Luke though. Here are two pictures, sans flash.

They look fantastic. I am tempted in getting the pair JUST to do this as well.

Seeing these pictures makes the pair worth it. I don't have any sideshow stormtroopers so with an easy helmet mod, I will have two stormtroopers and a much improved ANH Luke and Han. Considering that, the $200 doesn't seem as bad.

Those look really great, Memnoch! Han will definitely look better with the narrow shoulders body.

This just shows how great the sculpts are on these two. Glad to see you got some good paint apps on these. And what a difference no flash makes!

Luke is 100% certain improvement... Not sure about Han though. The neck looks wrong somehow.

I need to mess with Han some more when I get my TTs from Joe. Right now I'm not all that pleased with how he looks but he looks better than before.

Yes. All are on the armored body.

Kuzeh, I completely undid the wrappings, then re-wrapped them after Luke was dressed so that I could cover his boots. It takes some doing but its not that hard. Just be sure to hold the top parts down, fold the pants tight to the legs and keep the wraps taught. I then super glued them so they stayed. On the figure, they were just wrapped.
