Exactly - the trailer was outstanding and special. The film itself was bad..just so many problems with it. I'd love to see them take another crack at it though!

And js, I WAS hoping that Edwards was going to use the ***ushima Japanese Nuclear Plant incident to recreate Godzilla like we never knew he existed at all. Sorta like how Toho used the Hiroshima bomb to create Godzilla in 54. Honestly a stand alone Godzilla film without any monsters is what I wanted in G14'.

The only movie that has this beat -- barely -- is the one with the giant Asian Frankenstein.
