FS or FT: C-3PO helmet / now with want list for trade

I have this Riddell helmet of C-3PO for sale.

The helmet is brand new, never displayed. Opened only five minutes ago to verify that the eyes light up (batteries not included). The helmet is approximately 9" tall.
