I noticed that some have raised issue with the chevron. Are we even sure that the chevron is painted on in the photo? It looks like it might have been added after the photo was taken (shadows don't appear to match-up). It may have just been a quick photoshop job to get the picture out.

Truth is, we can't be sure of anything based on that pic. Even Sideshow stated it was a rough WIP shot. I think the NECAmpoops, Mezcorons and McFarties are coming out of the woodwork early, in defense of the cheap kiddie toys.

Don't knock the Carrot. Though he's goofy, and has injections in his shoulders to make them look buffed, Vegas pays him an absurd amount of money to stay there and do shows. So he's doing something right.
