Yeah, it really is a shame. He's a fantastic artist, but sadly an irresponsible one.

Damn shame, met him at Crypticon in 2008 and seemed a decent fellow, LOVE the stuff he did for Mezco.

Sounds like he got evicted from his home, maybe he's so deep in a hole he can't get tout, doesn't make it right but it happens.
