I was wondering, where can I buy the nameplates that goes on the stands?

Do only official Hot Toys stands come with a nameplate?
and people tag the custom stand and nameplate decal over it?
All the blank ones on Ebay I have seen, don't have one, or am I looking in the wrong places.
