Yeah, really. I had a Canadian contact me about a listing asking if I would ship outside of the US. He was aware right away that I would charge him more, and I REALLY did. And he paid it. Just how it works if sellers have to ship outside of their country. I had to pay a bunch more because I wanted it to be insured. Didn't want to take any chances.
So, just be thankful he allowed you to buy it even though I'm sure he would have preferred to ship within the USA.
