Drilling heads?

I found a potential painting resource near me, but she can't drill the neck posts.

Is there anyone on list who is willing to be a go-to person for this? If so, what might a drilling-only service cost?

Thanks for posting that! I've drilled my own heads with my Dremel and have had great success in getting them right, but it's nice to have other sources to refer to to get better at drilling them out.
