Kinda sad to have a new film out with no Hasbro 12". I think with less importance on face sculpt accuracy, Hasbro could do great.

At any case, would have been a great reason to get some repaints of Geonosians, Battledroids, Superbattle droids and the ROTS/VOTC clone bodies that I thought Hasbro did great with.

What the hell is wrong with that Yoda?

"Seen something I have! Horrible it was! Haunts me to this day, it does..."

Yeah, supposedly the new Vader figure has a 3-piece helmet. I have no idea how they're gonna pull that off.

And thanks! :duff

I might get the new Falcon. Not sure yet.

This is the pic that did it for me. Comparison with the previous MF:

And here's a review from a collector who was able to score one early:

Managed to score one today from a Target (took two tries spread 6 hours apart) and thought I'd throw in a quick pro/con list, focusing on cons since most pros are obvious

Pros:
- The detail.. WOW. No picture does it justice. Looks like a model
- The whole ship is big but the cockpit really stands out
- The speaker is loud and clear, much more so than I expected
- Master on/off switch
- Battery cover design is genius
- Lever to move radar dish/training remote
- Stickers are all big and don't take long to apply
- Auto landing ramp/lights is the s&%t

Cons:
- No simple on/off buttons for lights or engines. They are tied into pre-set soundbites and cannot be left on unless you play the pre-set sequence over and over. Example: cannot turn on just front lights, cockpit light or engine lights by themselves.
- Door to mini fighter should open, especially since it has windows through it
- Door to cockpit REALLY should open or have been left as an opening. The space is there. This must have been a cost cutback
- Landing gears pop off almost too easily. One of mine is pretty loose, but a moot point while docked on a table
- Turn the switch to move the top cannon while the ship is turned on and the missile automatically fires, whether you want it to or not
- Door to storage closet pretty flimsy and doesn't necessary stay completely flush
- Cockpit doesn't snap into the ship. It rests there so if you turn the ship over, the cockpit flies open
- No cover on the small little "gas mask" storage bin
- Curse this Han's shoddy arms

Final assessment:

The BMF Falcon is simply put "toy nirvana." My cons are nitpicks at best and easily forgotten when taking the ship in as a whole. Best Star Wars toy ever. Period. Hands Down. Not Even Close.
