I was just noticing that too...his shirt was also white with a black tie, not blue..unless I'm mistaken, I should rewatch the movie

What I understand about these "unlicensed" products is that they have to purposely make some mistakes or flaw on the color of the clothes, head scrulpt (example there are some knocks on the forehead of this figure).

This is done so that it will not be exactly the same as the actual thing but remain close so that license breaching will not occur.
Heard about this from my regular reputable toy shop in Singapore.

Jaw drop. Yes! An Inception character!!!! And the likeness is much better than a lot of customs I've seen. Preordered thanks to what Dragonsleeper just said about Brothers.

He wears a white shirt under his suit in his first dream scene with the tidal wave part, but he wears a blue shirt outside of that "dream" when he plans his awesome scheme... I think
