Hi everyone just thought I?d start a quick thread on some of the things I?ve been doing, as some of you may have noticed I?ve been in touch with Chakaman on some custom heads I?ve been making. Chris has got in touch with me saying that some people maybe interested in the heads, I do have a small quantity of heads kicking around and I?ll only make these until the mould gives in so please pm me if interested thanks

Ok at the moment I have 4 of the heads sat in front of me , looking at $43.00 a head and what ever the postage is on top, I am thinking it should be somewhere about $25.00 ish

Just like to say thanks for the comments on the heads , much appreciated. So I thought I would have a go at posting one of my custom figures on here .... Kithaba ... one of my favourite skiff guards, he?s not spot on but close enough for me.... at the moment ... sorry about the photo not to good at this

Ok , as its a bit quite on the custom side at the moment and everyone has gone Mandalorian mad I thought I would post one of my figures I made about a year ago ..... Wooof ... the head came from shapeways as that was all that was around and at the time it looked ok

But know I thought it was time for some surgery on the head ... think its getting there.... what do you guys think

What did you do with the head exactly re: the "surgery"?

Thanks for your feedback guys much appreciated.... as for the head I removed the bits on his chin... moved the sticky out bits back a bit and reworked the front of the helmet

I see the helmet mod and shortening the two chin spikes, but you mean you also moved those two arcs of spikes on the sides further back on the head? Is that what you mean by moving the "sticky out bits" back?

And did you cast the head before doing the mods? I just find 3D printed resin (and even a few types of filament prints) to be extremely brittle so hard to mod, more brittle than a resin cast.
