David Silva, who has done some brilliant sculpts for McFarlane, Hasbro and is currently working for NECA is trying to get his own line of high end articulated scientifically accurate dinosaurs off the ground.
His Kickstarter just started today I recommend everyone to check it out because the work he has done for it is absolutely amazing!

Backed the one of each raptor option. These look sublime, can't wait to see the final product.
 
Is there any fossil evidence of raptors having stubby wings on their forearms? This does look cool though...
