1/6 Batman 1989: Batmobile Collectible Vehicle - Specs & Pics

I got mine through secret base back then, they even hooked it up with four of these bags!

Worgar here's some pics I took of the accessories, you can tie a rope to the hook and pretend he's wide turning now lolol

I'm seriously contemplating of ditching my figures, why? I was just messing with some SHFiguarts and all of a sudden got two broken figures, now I have to shell out for another figure to fix the two but damn, the amount of money we will spent fix them up in the long run is not worth it but I'm worried about the LED's replacement of this vehicle, I emailed hot toys back in 2016 asking them for replacement LED's and they basically told me that since it's not in production they can't do anything, the only mods I wanted to do was just make the lcd screen passenger side light up and the gages for the driver lolol but that's not happening I just gave up.

I only tested the lights on mine last week (they work fine) and probably won't turn them on again for months or years. If they were to fail it wouldn't be a huge loss even though they're really cool, and they do include instructions on how to replace them so I suppose this thing could be lit up again some day if the stock lights did fail.

I think if I really like certain figures or collectibles it's generally worth keeping them even if they could someday deteriorate. In several years time the money won't be important and I'll have got plenty of enjoyment from them.

I suppose it could be different if you have a massive collection with a ton of money invested in it...

I paid 594 € ( approx 650 $) in total. No shipping. I grabbed it directly.
Sounds a bargain today...but was the most expensive collectible ever bought back to 2013!

Not to toot my own horn, but I'd be shocked if anyone got a better deal on this than I did. The price was the only reason I jumped on it.

It was the second production run, and amazon japan must have wanted them out out the warehouse.

I got for 26,101 yen. That included shipping. At the 2014 exchange rate, if I'm doing it correctly, (I'm probably not) that means I paid $257.53. Brand new, in the box, delivered right to my door.

I think you got the best deal here. And that's the average cost of a basic Hot Toys figure now lol
