Month is nearly over and not a word on this. Means Gandalf will be pushed as well.
With the standard month waiting time from unveiling overseas to in-hand at our state-side retailers, that means at best Guritz might be here by late July/Early August... and that pushes Gandalf deep into August, maybe September.
Doesn't look like Asmus is gonna pull 5 figures out for 2014 (NOTE: WK and Gothmog were 2013 releases that were also delayed).

Have to admit it looks pretty good. Glad to see the head sculpt looks pretty much like the prototype. Gives me hope for Gandalf.

That looks really good. Nicely done! 
That does look pretty nice. And the head made a fine transition from proto to prod. Even the 'red Santa suit' seems to be more muted, which is a good thing. And the clown collar fixed as well.

Love to find a smaller/shorter body for this guy. I believe he was shorter than Gothmog, and I think the armor and torso 'wrap' would look better on a more compressed body. He looks a little lanky on a regular body.
But I happy to see how well he turned out and how much re-working Asmus actually did from the prototype. All we need is a good picture of Guritz to really know if he's accurate. All I can find as far as a full body picture is that same shot of him at the docks.

(Minor nit, though ... It's hard to tell from this picture but the hand sculpt looks like it might be weirdly blocky again. But like I said, a very minor nit.)

I agree. Since we already have a strider
Although, honestly I'd be happy with either. They could do a strider and arwen from the first movie. That would be awesome. I think having both figures together would be very cool.
