Aonyone watch MI-5 (Spooks)?

I was just wondering if anyone had watched the series MI-5 (which, as I understand it, is called "Spooks" in Europe). Do you recommend it?

I'm a big fan of counterterrorist and spy thrillers. 24 and The Unit are among my favorite shows ever made, and I've just started watching the Showtime mini-series "Sleeper Cell" and an old TNT (I think) mini-series called "The Grid". I also liked "Alias" ... though the Rambaldi diversion was a little weird.

I've seen a few minutes of MI-5 here and there on PBS. It struck me as kinda slow ... but I'll admit, I didn't watch much of it.

Love, love, love Spooks - I have seen all seasons - new one should start soon, I believe. Darn fine show........most seasons available via Netflix too though the stream quality is garbage
