Any statue painters in the Dallas area?

I would love to have a local person to help me with stuff. For starters, I need a simple paint job. The eyes on my Pop Culture Shock He-man statue are blue and I want them black like in the cartoon. I know it will probably take 2 minutes but I don't have the equipment and don't want to ship it to people either.
