Hello,

Photography has been a hobby of mine for almost 3 years now. Collecting 1/6 figures is very new hobby. After looking through various threads I decided it would be pretty awesome to merge the two. I'm looking for tips on 1/6 scale photography and whose work I should take influence from.

Here's the best photo I've taken so far of my Tony Stark. Criticism is welcome

Nice photo bud!

I've only really taken photos of my Predator figures outside in the daylight:

I'm guessing you're looking at studio quality photos though. There's a lot of impressive figure photography on this forum. When you find photos you like on here you're probably best messaging the member asking for some advice.

I did try inside shots but I have poor lighting and the results were substandard compared to some on here.

All the best mate.

Great photo's. :)

Never thought about using plants to create an environment. My lighting isn't that great inside either. I use a piece of cardboard wrapped in aluminium foil, it reflects the light efficiently.

Thanks.:hi5:

The aluminium sounds like a good idea.

The joy of photographing Preds is that they look at home outside and the garden/woods is a free and ever changing environment to use as a backdrop etc.
