Wow, that looks like a lot of parts, lol. I don't really have much interest in this company, but I have to admit, thier Q-fig diorama's are pretty cool. IMO, FAR better than Funko's Pop figures. I know those POP! figures are super popular, but I for one just don't get it. I can see how young kids would like them, but I just don't see the appeal those figures have in regards to adults. Anovos q-fig's are like a superior version of Funko's POP! figures.

Fortunately, I was able to get a reputable prop maker / proton pack specialist to build me one with the works.

Really am contemplating this kit. One of the creators posted pics on theRPF of the build with no paint and a light kit installed. Looks pretty damn good to me. Just odd that they don't have the instructions ready yet. 
Well, after almost FOUR WEEKS, they FINALLY made available the build instructions just now. They're absolutely awful. DO NOT follow these "instructions" when building your Anovos pack. It's a loose "guide", at best. Most of the pieces are missing from their printed "parts list", as well as tools that you'll need for assembly. They don't tell you what fittings go in which space or what pieces must be glued into which fittings. They tell you to glue cables into areas without first threading through the 1/4" loom tubing, in fact, there is no mention of the 1/4" loom anywhere in the instructions. They are used in multiple areas of the pack. They tell you to permanently glue the switches into the thrower, which will screw you if you plan to add electronics later. There are cable connections that clearly use brass fittings (which ARE provided), but the instructions tell you to glue the cable directly into the body.
I didn't want to mess anything up, so I have been waiting these four weeks since receiving my kit for the official instructions. My time has been wasted. I have a TON of reference photos and will build from those. Also, Venkman71 over on GBFans and the RPF forums has said that he'd be posting the video of his great build soon.
The kit itself is great. I'm very happy with it and it's quality. Anovos makes good products, but as a company, they're pretty horrible. The detail provided in these "instructions" are an insult.

That’s a little disconcerting. I’m a novice at this and really would have a hard time knowing what goes where. I’m sure I could figure it out from GBFans, but still, what a kick in the teeth. Maybe enough complaints will force them to put out real instructions. Thanks for the update and post pics of your build.
I saw a video that they're coming out with a completed hero from Ghostbusters 2 soon? Would love to hang one in my collection room wall.

I started painting the smaller pieces that need it and began to attach the brass fittings. I'm going to dive into the rest this weekend. I plan to use epoxy for the major non-screwed-in parts, and maybe dabs of hot glue for the parts that I may need to upgrade or detach in the future. I haven't decided whether I should weather the parts first before assembly, or if I can do it after. I want it to be pretty subtle, mostly on the high points. I bought some silver rub 'n buff and a silver leaf paint marker for that. I'll try to post some pics!

My pack will mostly be a display piece in my home studio, but I may throw it on once in awhile for an event. Electronics are a MUST, so I'll be looking elsewhere for those, as ANOVOS hasn't even mentioned theirs since the initial proton pack pre-order back in April 2016.

I had the time to look over the instuctions. So these are not current instructions compared to what was shipped? Seems fairly straight forward, but I could see how certain things being told to be glued down would impede putting electronics and sound in it down the line.
