Another scam from an ebay seller

Well, that is not necessarily a scam... there are many companies in the US that receives packages to send to the overseas buyers, when the sellers can't (or don't want to) send it by themselves. It's very common to use it on websites like Bestbuy, Target, and other stores that don't ship to most countries. Actually, it's quite similar to the Global Shipping Program Ebay just developed.

I use shipito.com

A bit expensive but very useful when dealing with sellers who would not like to ship overseas.

However, from a sellers perspective, I can understand the reluctance due to not being covered by PayPal if item is shipped to a different address.
