Alternative to rubber rings on detolf shelf

I've got a detolf and the rubber rings that you rest the glass shelves on have cracked and fallen off. Is there an alternative that I can use instead of these rubber rings? Thanks.

Aquarium airline hose. You can just cut it to size then cut the one side to split it and fit it on. The only thing, it's not as thick as what they came with unless you can find some that is thicker. Otherwise just use it as is or you can put on on top of the other.
