Yep. A Black movie from a Black director. A film starring a woman directed by a woman and a gay movie made by gay people.

This is what Hollywood wants. They call it representation but it's really division.

The great thing about forums like this is you get exposed to all kinds of people that you may not run into a lot in real life...I am always curious about what goes through the minds of people like you so I wonder what in your mind makes something a "black" movie...cannot be the cast because that is obviously quite diverse if you have seen the movie...

Shape of Water

Honestly this movie had good cinematography and everything but if you really wanna get into it it’s kinda gross.

Mute woman saves a wild fish man and takes him home so she can **** him. And it’s not like he looked and acted more human. He acted like a pet sometimes.

How the hell did the Lego Batman movie get ignored for the Animated category???

I think The Shape of Water should get it, bit I think GdT is a freaking genius.

Oh, and Gary Oldman, for the same reason. Damn chameleon.

Will they all wear black so they can pretend they didn't know the truth when they actually did? Screw this circle jerk fest and these hypocrites. I enjoy films, but have no interest in their personal lives or watching them celebrate themselves.
