How many figures or exclusives does HT make?

Last year there were three (Jim Gordon (SWAT Suit Version) from The Dark Knight, Captain America (Rescue Version) from Captain America: The First Avenger, and Angelica from Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides. I don't know if they've done more or less in the past.

I know in 2011 there were 3 exclusives

1) Batman Begins/Bruce Wayne
2) Secret Project Iron Man Mark IV
3) Predator figure

Not sure about years before 2011...because I had no clue Hot Toys was in existence back then

I didn't see Iron Man 3. I based that comment off the fact that he was a villain in HT's main franchise.

Someone was looking up closeup of the Begins cowl. I have a feeling it'll at least be announced, maybe a DX.
