Congrats D.R.!

It is a phenomenal piece on display as the mere size of it is a wonder to see walking into a collection room.

Congrats DR! You'll love it for years to come!

Hands-down one of my favourite pieces!

Finally jumped on this magnificent beast and at a decent price too.:yess:
Prior to shipping of course :pfft:
Received in excellent condition, where i was extremely worried of any damage. It felt like a brand new unboxing as all the styrofoam almost seemed untouched. Especially when repacking the ridiculously heavy base and lizard, tearing some thin packing sheets and denting a bit of the edges of foam.
The pose, muscle structure and overall detail in design were done so damn well and something i never noticed HOW well till up close. Such an AMAZING piece!

Congrats!! Looks great.

Congratulations on picking one up! I managed to get one of the remaining few at PC years ago when I was just starting to collect. It really is an amazing piece and I still love it.[emoji106][emoji106]

:duff Thanks and nice shots guys! Great display, Mandible! I’d like to see SSC put out more SW environment pieces.

Beautiful. I’m so jealous.

AWESOME!!!

Congrats on this! One of the best SW pieces ever made in 1/6th. Your shot above is reminiscent of the very first image I ever saw of this strange movie called Star Wars back in early 1977.

If I ever got a statue, this would be the piece I would get.

BTW, does the stormtrooper come with the Dewback, or just that long pole?

Thanks Wor! :)
Just the pole. It’s a HT Trooper... I changed the pauldron color and altered his armors weathering.

Is the Hot Toys Sandtrooper capable of riding the Dewback articulation wise? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these beasts finally.

Why wouldn’t it?

Hot Toys Sandtrooper is has generally good articulation but the suit under the armor limits you somewhat. I tried to put it in a jockey pose and it seems like it might not work so well. Also browsing a few pics it seems like the Sideshow Sergeant with the black pauldron is usually on the Dewback.
