Supermad have come a long way since I bought their slightly iffy Harley Quinn. They seem like a very small company, if not a one man band (Sun Maddy), and take a lot more pride in their work. The consequence has meant long delays, such as striving to improve 'K' by going back a resculpting him. Though I'd much rather have better looking figures later than something poorer sooner just to fill the orders.

If only Black Box had been as conscientious as Supermad. Then Joi's sculpts wouldn't have ended up being far too small for their recommended body. To put her with 'K' and Deckard I'm using a taller base to compensate for her necessary loss in height.

Looks like Deckard could do with a bit of slimming down though.

Nice to see a production piece at long last. For those that pre-ordered and paid the initial deposit from KGHobby, do they send a notice or an invoice to pay the remainder of the payment?

Yes, they will.

I paid in full though to lock in the cheap shipping cost as they tend to always increase the price when it comes to the final invoice.

Both K and D had unusually low quotes.

That's a very nice looking figure and sculpt, although the hair looks a bit like an anime character's hair...
I do find it somewhat odd though that BR2049 gets better figures than the original. Maybe these guys will also make figures from it?

I'm not one who normally likes stands so much, but this stand looks quite cool with the metal looking base. Way better than the stock black plastic base most of these cheaper figures come with. Good job Supermad.

I hope Officer K also comes with a similar/same stand.

But it's basically useless since it says Blade Hunter 2046 lol.

You can do some minor touch up paint on 2 letters (H->R, t->n ) and it will be all good?

And change the 6 to a 9.

Would've been better if they'd either left it blank, or just put the checker plate sticker on.

KG Hobby will be despatching next week.

Some evidence from Supermad that D is actually happening (lol) ...

I don't know where this photo on KG Hobby's Facebook originated from as it wasn't posted by Supermad as far as I can tell.

Maybe KG Hobby received a sample?

Yeah I might try picking up one of those heads to mod into a better TFA Han, as I'm one of the few who's always thought that head looked really off and way too wide. This one captures him a whole lot better I think.
