wow, so StarAce actually provided a decent sculpt - just needs some better paint apps to bring it to life.

did you supply the custom person in China your own sculpt or just paid for a new one?

I noticed there was only a $30 difference - they must have a recast of the original?

This repaint isn't mine sadly, I saw it on Facebook.

I've been trying different ways to separate the hair from the face but even heating it up doesn't seem to work.

It's not glossy like her catsuit but it's a solid effort. The only thing missing is the two buckles on the neck of the costume.

I just added two small belt for the neck buckles.

The buckles are more like the ones that are on the side of her corset. Where'd you get the glossy cat suit from?

Unfortunately, Triad Toys no longer exist. I built my Selene 5 years ago. Just updated it with the Star Ace coat.

It's a shame that the catsuits are no longer available, as they were really well made.

Added some small details. Reglued the holsters on. Added throwing stars and boot knife. Painted buckles on collar black.

A version with light up blue eyes is on its way apparently? How about just a version with better paint and just painted blue eyes? Light up eyes seems to be overkill.

It would be neat if the eyes changed to blue gradually like this.

Judging by the picture it will be the same subpar likeness.

I don’t know what would annoy me more:

1) Redoing the figure and screwing it up again.

Or

2) Dramatically improving the figure (likeness, paint, catsuit, etc.) and making me feel compelled to drop another $200+ on the character.
